Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of k2345
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", "You") and k2345 (the "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing, registering an account, or using any service provided by k2345, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow others to access your account. k2345 is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security. Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes. Once a deposit has been credited to your k2345 account, it cannot be reversed or refunded except in cases of technical error by k2345. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting k2345 support, your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account closure and legal action to recover funds.
You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and, where possible, to the same method used for deposits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section.

k2345 reserves the right to request additional identification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if you fail to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe. k2345 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, your receiving bank or payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. In cases of excessive withdrawal activity (multiple small withdrawals in short periods), k2345 reserves the right to impose reasonable processing fees to cover administrative costs.

Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. In the event of technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, display errors, or incorrect payout calculations, k2345 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. We are not liable for losses caused by technical errors, software bugs, or malfunctions. All game results displayed on your screen are for informational purposes only; official results are those recorded on k2345 servers.
Gambling involves financial risk, and there is no guarantee of winning. You acknowledge that you may lose money while using k2345 services and that you gamble at your own risk. k2345 is not responsible for gambling losses, and all wagers are final once placed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, k2345's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the claim. You may close your k2345 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds may forfeit bonus funds upon closure. k2345 will process final withdrawals in accordance with our standard procedures.
k2345 reserves the right to suspend your account immediately if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that threatens platform integrity. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We will investigate the matter and communicate our findings to you.
k2345 may terminate your account and refuse service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, providing false information during registration, engaging in prohibited activities, or creating multiple accounts. Upon termination, k2345 will return any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from breach of Terms) to you via your registered payment method.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. k2345 may charge a monthly maintenance fee on dormant accounts or close dormant accounts after providing notice to your registered email address. You may reactivate a dormant account by contacting customer support.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which k2345 holds its primary gaming license. Where conflicts arise between international standards and local Indonesian law, k2345 will endeavor to comply with the most restrictive applicable requirement.
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of k2345 services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against k2345.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
